The 4-H Cake Booth at the Alameda County Fair is the MAIN FUNDRAISER for Alameda County 4-H! Plus, each club that participates earns a rebate back to their club. Volunteers get a parking pass and admission ticket to the fair. Funds raised through the Cake Booth help to pay for countywide events such as Skate Night, Achievement Ceremony and Awards, Presentation Day, Field Days, Summer Camp, Conference Reimbursements and much more! Plus it gives money to Redwood 4-H to help cover our operating expenses.
Stay tuned for sign up sometime between June 19 - July 12, 2026.
Redwood 4-H would like to collect food donations at this week's club meeting, Thursday, Nov. 13. Val will have a wagon and boxes at the front of the stage ready for you to drop off your donations. The Chabot Theater 1:00-3:00pm
FREE for members and family!
Get ready for an experience like no other. We rented The Chabot Theater to have an interactive, silly, ridiculously fun time.
There will lines screamed, moments when everyone gets up and changes seats, signing along and more! More details and cheat sheet of actions will be provided. Along with instructions provided at begining of the movie for how to play along while watching the film.
Mon Oct 27th, 6:00-9:00pm - Golden Skate 2701 Hooper Dr. San Ramon
Cost: $9 admission each + $7 skate rental (or bring your own skates)
All 13 Alameda County 4-H Clubs come together at this annual event. This year they extended the event by 1 hour so there is more time for skating, making new friends and having fun! County is covering over half of the $19 admission fee, so everyone gets $10 off admission. In previous years the entire admission fee was covered with money raised at Cake Booth. Hopefully next year we can raise more money at Cake Booth to cover the full admission again.
Costume Contest starts at 7pm with lots of fun categories:

Funniest
Best Homemade / Recycled
Best Book or Movie Character
